Rest Areas Europe brings together publicly available information about motorway rest areas, service areas and truck stops across Europe, so drivers can find the closest stop or the next break along their route. Listings are organised by country and region and show the road, the type of stop and its facilities, with a Navigate button that opens directions in your map app.

Our data comes from OpenStreetMap, the free map of the world built by volunteers, and is refreshed regularly. See Data sources & licence for details.

We are not an official government, road authority or motorway operator website. Information may change between updates, so always double-check critical details (opening hours, facilities, closures) on site or with the operator. If you find incorrect or outdated information, please let us know.
